There are two production processes for waterproof canvas. One is horizontal machine production, which is a heavy-duty large cylinder. After the tarpaulin is put into the material, it is taken out and placed on the leather belt. It is pressed and flattened by the bottom of the heavy-duty large cylinder, and then pulled into the dryer for drying, and then trimmed, divided and packaged. The other is vertical machine production. The cloth is straightened and put into the raw material box and pulled out. The glue material on the tarpaulin is a high-purity PVC material. Then both sides are straightened and scraped by the machine. After scraping, it is dried in the dryer, trimmed, divided and packaged. There are two types of dryers, one is electric burning and the other is boiler. PVC coated canvas produced by horizontal machine is cheaper than PVC coated canvas produced by vertical machine. The reason is that the horizontal machine has lower requirements on raw materials than the vertical machine. Horizontal machine production can put any kind of glue on it for pressing, but vertical machine production cannot. The requirements for raw materials are high and the raw materials must have a certain purity. Often the PVC canvas produced by vertical machines is slightly more expensive, and the purity of the canvas products is also high.
