The difference between PVC coating and PE coating:

PVC coating: Features: can be applied thickly, relatively cheap, commonly used in conjunction with calendering process, used for raincoats, bags, etc. PVC feels rough, there is also a PVC calender, which is harder.
PE coating: Polyethylene (PE) is non-toxic, low cost, and economical.
