1. Silicone rubber coating

Silicone rubber coated glass fiber cloth is made of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, high strength glass fiber cloth, which is calendered or impregnated with silicone rubber. It is a new high-performance, multi-purpose composite material product.

Performance:

a. Used between low temperature -70℃ and high temperature 230℃

b. High insulation performance, dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50KV/MM

c. Resistant to ozone, oxygen, light and climate aging, excellent weather resistance for outdoor use, and service life up to 10 years

Main uses:

(1) Can be used as a fire curtain.

(2) Electrical insulation: Silicone cloth has a high electrical insulation level and can withstand high voltage loads. It can be made into insulating cloth, casing and other products.

(3) Non-metallic compensator: Silicone cloth can be used as a flexible connecting device for pipelines. It can solve the damage to pipelines caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Silicone cloth has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance, good elasticity and flexibility, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, cement, energy and other fields.

(4) Anti-corrosion: Silicone rubber coated glass fiber cloth can be used as an internal and external anti-corrosion layer for pipelines and storage. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance and high strength. It is an ideal anti-corrosion material.

(5) Other fields: Silicone rubber coated glass fiber membrane structural materials can be used in building sealing materials, high-temperature anti-corrosion conveyor belts, packaging materials and other fields.

2. Ceramic fireproof cloth:

Performance:

a. Long-term working temperature: 1000℃ Maximum refractoriness: 1300℃ Product characteristics:

b. High temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, low heat capacity;

c. Excellent high temperature insulation performance, high tensile strength and long service life;

d. Ability to resist corrosion by non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and zinc;

e. Good bottom temperature and high temperature strength;

f. Non-toxic, harmless, and no adverse effects on the environment;

g. Easy to construct and install;

Application scope:

(1) Fireproof decoration of building materials and lining of fire partitions;

(2) Thermal insulation of various kilns, high-temperature pipes and containers;

(3) Furnace doors, valves, flange seals, fire doors and fireproof roller shutter materials, high-temperature furnace door sensitive curtains;

(4) Thermal insulation of automobile exhaust pipes, engines and instruments;

(5) Safety protection of electric welding, electric furnace steelmaking furnace front sparks, molten iron, and steel flower splashes.

(6) Fireproof cable sheathing materials, high-temperature fireproof materials;

(7) Fabrics for thermal insulation covering, high-temperature expansion joint fillers, flue linings;

(8) High-temperature resistant labor protection products, fireproof clothing, high-temperature filtration, sound absorption and other asbestos replacement applications.

3. Basalt

Basalt fiber fireproof cloth is woven with GBF 7-9μm continuous basalt fiber yarn, including plain cloth and satin cloth, etc., which are treated with high temperature resistant and non-toxic coating. It is used as the best fireproof material for fireproof protective clothing lining, flame retardant, heat insulation fabrics and fire curtains. Due to its advantages of non-combustibility, high temperature resistance, no toxic gas discharge, good insulation, no melting or dripping, high strength, no thermal shrinkage, etc., it is a strong alternative to aramid fireproof fibers such as Kavlar, Nomex, and Teflon.

Product application:

Suitable for shipbuilding, large steel structures and power maintenance on-site welding, gas cutting protective equipment textiles, chemicals, metallurgy, theaters, military industries and other ventilation fire protection and protective equipment. Fire helmets, neck protection fabrics. Basalt fiber fireproof cloth is a non-combustible material. It does not deform or burst under the action of 1000℃ flames, and is fireproof for more than 1 hour. It can play a protective role in humid, steam, smoke, and chemical gas environments. It is also suitable for fire-fighting suits, fire curtains, fire blankets, fire bags, electric welding, fireproof cloth walls, etc.

4. Acrylic fiber

Acrylic fiber fireproof cloth is a fabric that is finished using a special fiber process

Material: Made of special fireproof fiber cloth through special processing.

Features: Extinguish fire sources and prevent sparks from splashing.

Use: It can be placed in kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, hospitals, hotels and other places for emergency extinguishing of fire sources and rapid escape; and used for covering and isolating flammable and explosive items around construction sites such as gas welding and gas cutting.
