Heavy Duty PVC Tarp Covers for Industrial Protection
With more than 24 years of PVC tarpaulin manufacturing experience, Reevoo Industry produces heavy-duty vinyl tarp covers for transport, construction, outdoor storage and other demanding applications.
Our tarps are made from high-tenacity polyester base fabric with PVC coating. Different fabric constructions and weights are available to meet specific requirements for tensile strength, tear resistance, flexibility and handling.
Depending on the finished product construction, high-frequency or hot-air welding is used to create strong, watertight seams.
Optional formulations and treatments are available for UV resistance, anti-mildew performance, cold resistance, flame retardancy and enhanced surface protection.
Finished tarps can be produced with custom dimensions, reinforced hems, webbing, grommets, corner reinforcement and printing according to project requirements.

Choosing the Right Material and Construction
The heaviest tarp is not always the best choice.
For covers that are frequently installed, removed or folded, a lighter construction can provide a better balance between strength and handling weight.
For applications exposed to higher mechanical stress, abrasion or demanding outdoor conditions, heavier materials, denser base fabrics and additional reinforcement can be selected.

Finished PVC tarps can be fabricated using hot-air or high-frequency welding depending on the product construction.

The reinforcement layout can be adjusted according to how the tarp will be installed and secured.
