1. It is forbidden to cut or damage the tarpaulin and rope. If the tarpaulin is lost, damaged, or lacks waist or side rope due to the consignee's responsibility, it shall be handled in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Damaged and Lost Railway Tarpaulin".
2. When checking for abnormalities, the consignee must unload the car together with the dedicated line freightman.
3. Return of unloaded tarpaulins on dedicated lines and dedicated railways: After unloading, the consignee shall arrange the tarpaulin (clean and fold) according to the regulations and send it to the station tarpaulin room within two days based on the "Truck Tarpaulin Handover Form" filled out by the dedicated line freightman. If the consignee fails to deliver the tarpaulin on the specified date, the tarpaulin extended use fee shall be charged according to the regulations, and less than one day shall be calculated as one day.
4. Before using the tarpaulin at the departure station, the quality shall be checked one by one. When using railway tarpaulins, fill in the tarpaulin number in the "railway truck tarpaulin number" column of the cargo waybill; when using self-provided tarpaulins, draw an "×" mark in the "railway truck tarpaulin number" column of the cargo waybill, and check whether the consignor has indicated "self-provided tarpaulin × sheets" and the number in the "consignor's notes" column of the cargo waybill.
5. Use railway tarpaulins for loading on dedicated lines and dedicated railways: dedicated lines and dedicated railway freightmen fill out the "truck tarpaulin handover form" (in duplicate), and the consignor shall collect it at the station with the "truck tarpaulin handover form" filled out by the dedicated line freightmen. And check each sheet (the cloth is intact, without damage, the eye ring is intact, the markings and numbers are intact and clear.
